The HID Omnikey 5023 Contactless Smart Card Reader utilises multi-layered, secure standards-based technology based on Secure Identity Object (SIO) to protect data and support credentials. As part of the ActivID Tap Authentication solution, this reader also allows users to tap a card to the device and generate an OTP (one-time-password) for a more secure login.
