Installing the Driver on Windows

  1. Download the Windows Driver – Use the link above to get the latest version.

  2. Run the Installer – Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. Connect Your Printer – Plug in your Zebra printer via USB when prompted.

  4. Complete the Installation – Follow the setup wizard to finish installation.

  5. Set as Default Printer – Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click on your Zebra printer, and select Set as default printer.

  6. Print a Test Page – Right-click the printer in Devices and Printers, select Printer Properties, and click Print Test Page.


Installing the Driver on macOS

  1. Check Processor Type – Go to Apple Menu > About This Mac to check if your Mac has an Intel or Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) processor.

  2. Download the Mac Driver – Use the driver link above to get the correct version.

  3. Install the Driver – Open the downloaded file and follow the installation steps.

  4. Restart Your Mac – A system restart is recommended after installation.

For USB Connection:
  1. Connect your Zebra printer via USB.

  2. Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners and click + to add the printer.

  3. Select your Zebra printer from the list and follow on-screen prompts.

  4. Print a test page to verify functionality.

For Network (LAN) Connection:
  1. Open System Settings > Printers & Scanners and click + to add a new printer.

  2. Select your printer under IP Address and enter its network details.

  3. Follow the prompts and set the printer as default.

  4. Print a test page to confirm the connection.

Which processor does my Mac have (Intel or Apple Silicon)?

To determine whether your Mac uses an Intel or Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) processor:

  1. Click the Apple Menu () in the top-left corner.

  2. Select About This Mac.

  3. Look under the Processor or Chip section:

    • If it says Intel, your Mac has an Intel processor.

    • If it says M1, M2, or M3, your Mac has Apple Silicon (ARM).

Knowing your processor type ensures you download the correct printer driver.
