Introduction
The Zebra ZXP Series 1 & ZXP Series 3 Driver ensures seamless printing on both Windows and Mac systems. Follow this guide to download, install, and set up your printer correctly.

Installing the Driver on Windows
- 
Download the Windows Driver – Use the link above to get the latest version. 
- 
Run the Installer – Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

Connect Your Printer – Plug in your Zebra printer via USB when prompted. 
- 
Complete the Installation – Follow the setup wizard to finish installation.

Set as Default Printer – Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click on your Zebra printer, and select Set as default printer.

Installing the Driver on macOS

Check Processor Type – Go to Apple Menu > About This Mac to check if your Mac has an Intel or Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) processor.

Download the Mac Driver – Use the driver link above to get the correct version.

Install the Driver – Open the downloaded file and follow the installation steps.

Restart Your Mac – A system restart is recommended after installation. 
For USB Connection:
- 
Connect your Zebra printer via USB. 
- 
Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners and click + to add the printer. 
- 
Select your Zebra printer from the list and follow on-screen prompts. 
- 
Print a test page to verify functionality. 
For Network (LAN) Connection:
- 
Open System Settings > Printers & Scanners and click + to add a new printer. 
- 
Select your printer under IP Address and enter its network details. 
- 
Follow the prompts and set the printer as default. 
- 
Print a test page to confirm the connection.

Which processor does my Mac have (Intel or Apple Silicon)?
To determine whether your Mac uses an Intel or Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) processor:
- 
Click the Apple Menu () in the top-left corner. 
- 
Select About This Mac. 
- 
Look under the Processor or Chip section: - 
If it says Intel, your Mac has an Intel processor. 
- 
If it says M1, M2, or M3, your Mac has Apple Silicon (ARM).
