Hi Jose,

Thanks for your message.

The Datacard SP35 is unfortunately only compatible up to Windows 10 — it isn’t supported on Windows 11, which is likely why it’s not appearing in the Printer Manager even though it shows under USB devices.

While you’ve successfully installed the drivers, Windows 11 won’t fully recognise or support the SP35 for printing functions.

If you have access to a PC running Windows 10 or earlier, I recommend trying the installation there — the printer should be detected properly and work as expected.

Let me know if you’d like help setting it up on a Windows 10 machine, or if you’re considering an upgrade to a newer model that supports Windows 11 — I’d be happy to assist either way.

Best regards,

I have an SP35 datacard that I can’t possibly show up in the Windows printer manager, it should be noted that I install the drivers successfully and SP35 is shown on the USB connection. but when I try to add it to the printer manager it is not detected. Could you help me with it ((Windows 11))
